  This person is a place holder until I can find the correct parent. There were 2 children: Ernestine (Tina) and Joan that my mother remembers, These children are both illegitimate. Tina suffered from Down's Syndrome. It is most likely that they are the daughters of either: Alice, Amy or Annie Clegg. Annie is the most unlikely because she would only have been 12 when Tina was born. Tina is confirmed as daughter of Alice My mother remembers Joan as being older than Tina This makes Joan born before 1919 Can't find a suitable match
